I directed the creative strategy and execution at Amen Clinics, revamping the brand’s visual identity including a complete redesign of a 200-page website, newsletters, and marketing materials. My leadership in redesigning the patient portal significantly improved user experience, leading to increased patient satisfaction and engagement. I introduced streamlined processes that enhanced team productivity and project turnaround.
